William Andrew Best Jr. hails from Middletown, New York. As the son of a minister, Pastor Best never wanted to enter into ministry. Realizing a gift in music at a very young age, the church afforded him numerous opportunities to develop his gift and to make a living playing and producing music. After finishing high school, Pastor Best attended junior college and afterwards pursued his degree in Mortuary Science in Pittsburgh, PA. After receiving his degree, Pastor Best went right back into what was most natural to him…his music.

In 1998, Pastor Best received news that he was going to father a child, which in his mind disqualified him from ministry altogether. Little did he know, God not only used this event to give him a testimony, but it also positioned him for the growth and maturity necessary to encourage others with the message that no matter how crazy the situation, God can always get glory out of it!

Pastor Best has served numerous churches, megachurches, pastors and bishops all over the world. He was ordained and licensed in 2003. Pastor Best was afforded an opportunity to serve as a Worship Pastor at Strong Tower Ministries in Fredericksburg, Virginia under the leadership of Apostle Kevin Mihlfeld. By the prompting of his Pastor and the leading of the Lord, in April of 2007, Pastor Best obeyed the voice of the Lord and Worship World Church was birthed.

Pastor Best loves ministry and is passionate about helping people understand their purpose here in the earth. He loves to worship God. He loves traveling. He loves fashion…and let’s not forget…he loves cars!

In 2004, Pastor Best married Connie Best. They currently reside in Maryland with their children Hunter, Savanna, and Daniel.
